erdbeertorte

was tun mit einem ganzen korb erdbeeren???

ERDBEERTORTE!

zuerst einen mürbeteigboden backen:
- 500g mehl
- 250g butter
- 125g brauner rohrzucker
- 1 ei
- vanillezucker

schmecken lassen!

I've made a "fruits of the forage" crumble today - berries and wild rhubarb I found in the garden on the way to the washing line! xxx

I am useless at pastry, it's always too heavy and hard - I think my hands are too hot! xxx

  4. Oh that looks soooooooooo yummy! I discovered you can make it like a mini strawberry movie if you scroll fast and then you see the berries accumulating quickly. I don't get out much! Now I'm off to eat strawberries!
