unerwartete kombinationen

  1. I can't tell you how much I love this outfit, and these photos. You put all those silly bloggers to shame who have new clothes in every post (often given as freebies in return for promotion...)
Your pieces are utterly timeless, they work together beautifully, and fashion is NOT the point - just quality and style and being true to one's own aesthetic and ethics. The Norwegian sweater is an extraordinary thing of beauty, but I think my favourite photo is that last one - you are such a supermodel, Beate! xxx

  2. Toller Multikultilook.

  4. These traditional clothes are so appealing. I am a fabricophile too! I'm leaning more and more towards ethnic fabrics and shapes. The classics! You are timeless. xo Jazzy Jack

  5. You are such a beauty especially with your hair down!
I love this outfit, a mix of cultures and vintages to create a look unique to you. You're right, a timeless look is far, far better than a fashionable one. xxx

  7. You are FANTASTIC! This post is pure joy. I love every single picture, your outfits are amazingly beautiful, artful, sophisticated in the best sense of this word - I want to go back and look, and look, and look and just absorb every little detail. I agree about everything. Timeless, individual, expressive, and it's not important what period or what culture the pieces come from - they all combine beautifully because you picked them with love!

And you are such a gorgeous woman, oh! my God! Such absolute beauty and harmony - mind, body and soul...

    Love you! xxxxxx

  9. This, my sweet friend, should be used in fashion textbook as the ideal way to partner patterns. Yes, they're each bold and might seem quite different, but their unifying colour palette and the size of each pattern helps them to work together in perfect harmony.

Beautiful, cozy, and very inspiring mixed pattern outfit, my lovely friend. You are always as stylish as stylish can be, in my books!

    Tons of hugs,
    ♥ Jessica

  13. You are an international beauty - in your clothes and your attitude. And your hair makes me gulp - so gorgeous. I love how you have mixed everything and come up with a timeless and truly unique look. The sweater, my goodness, its detailing is amazing. And then you end with a bold urban look for spring. Love it all.

Großes Kompliment an dich, du nachhaltige Mixkünstlerin!
    Hab ein wundervolles Wochenende,
    herzlichst, Traude

  17. You're right about timeless style - it should be a staple in everyone's closet. Mixing classic with modern is so easy and one piece (or one hairstyle) can really change the total look! Love the bed in the background, too!
